The PESTPro Process!
1. The BARRIER: A strip up to 3 feet wide around the perimeter of your home.
2. The FOUNDATION: Special attention is given to cracks, crevices and ground level windows and hidden openings.
3. TRASH CAN AREAS: Outdoor areas where trash cans may be stored next to the home is a favorite habitat of ants and other crawling insects.
4. THRESHOLDS: Because of the easy access through thresholds, these access points are given special attention.
5. WINDOW WELLS & VENT COVERS: Another easy access area that receives particular attention to fend off the creepy crawlies.
 
 

Finally... Your Custom Solution!

Step 1: Before insects become active, our professionals apply a granular application of PESTPro around your foundation. April 1st to May 10th.

Step 2: As insects become active, a liquid barrier is applied in and around the cracks and crevices of the perimeter of your home. As insects attempt to move inside your home for shelter and food, they come in contact with your PESTPro barrier and are exterminated! May 1st to June 20th.

Step 3: As crawling insects activity increases, we reinforce the foundation barrier with special attention towards cracks, crevices, door thresholds, window wells and foundation vents. June 1st to August 1st.

Step 4: With insect activity at a maximum, our PESTPro treatment maintains the established barrier of protection around the perimeter of your home. August 1st to September 10th.

Step 5: As temperatures cool, insects are looking for a safe and warm habitat for the winter...in your home! But with PESTPro protecting your home all season, our final treatment focusues again on windows, window seals, foundation vents and doorway thresholds. This will ensure that your home is safe and bug free for the winter. September 10th to October 30th.

At any time you feel the desired results were not achieved with a particular treatment, Custom Lawn Care will provide the necessary follow-up and service necessary to achieve the desired results for 30 days after each provided treatment.
